In Chicago, Mary Beth Saylor manages catering at two Chick-fil-A restaurants and often makes deliveries herself.   A constant source of frustration and concern was their unreliable metal delivery carts.   

These were the carts whose handle hinges broke easily, making them loose, flopping and hard to maneuver. Additionally, there was employee safety concern.  They had suffered a costly workplace injury when a catering employee cut her leg on the sharp metal edge.

So she she searched all the available folding carts, luggage carts, and utility carts until finally, she enlisted a couple Engineers to fail proof the cart design.

Together, they specifically designed Catering Carts to safely, securely, and durably transport the TMS food bags.
